QUOBBA STATION AND RED BLUFF STATION
Quobba station is located north of Carnarvon on the southern tip of the Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia. It is a station which consists of 80km of coastline boarding the indian ocean.

HISTORY
Quobba station was established in 1898. Quobba is approx. 189000 acres which measures over 80km of WAs coastline north to south and 14km west. Some of the original cottages and surrounding homesteads were used to hold saddles and riding equipment for the horses.
- The cottage was the overseers residence,
- The Long cottage was the garage for the station with the inspection pit still in one of the bedrooms,
- The Outcamp was the jararoos quaters
- The sheering quaters were used for the sheaers accommodation in 2005 when the station chaned from merino sheep to demaras which are hairy sheep so no shearing takes place anymore.
